These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Xoner application (“Xoner”, “the App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Xoner.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Xoner. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use a dating service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are solely responsible for the photos, information and other content you upload to Xoner. By uploading content, you confirm that:
Xoner reserves the right to review, remove or restrict content where necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.
Ratings are subjective opinions submitted by users and do not represent factual statements or guarantees. Verification features are designed to reduce misuse but do not guarantee identity, intentions or behaviour. Xoner is not responsible for user interactions or outcomes resulting from ratings or verification status.

Messages exchanged through Xoner are stored securely to allow users to view conversation history and support safety and moderation. Messages may be reviewed only in response to user reports, suspected violations, or legal requirements.
Xoner cannot verify the background, identity or intentions of all users. Always use caution when interacting with others, especially when meeting in person. You are solely responsible for your safety.
Xoner does not conduct background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others, including offline meetings. Never share financial information or send money to other users.
Xoner does not currently offer paid features. If paid features are introduced in the future, full details will be clearly disclosed before any purchase.
Your use of Xoner is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
All logos, graphics, text, software and other elements of Xoner are owned by or licensed to the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or misused the App.
Xoner is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xoner is not responsible for any damages arising from use of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xoner operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
