These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Xoner application (“Xoner”, “the App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Xoner.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Xoner. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use a dating service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not create a fake account, impersonate another person, provide deliberately misleading information, or use another person's account without permission.
You are solely responsible for the photos, profile information, videos, voice introductions, messages and other content you upload, provide or send through Xoner.
By uploading or sharing content, you confirm that:
Xoner reserves the right to review, remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, protect users, maintain the integrity of the service, or comply with legal obligations.
Xoner requires users to complete Human Verification before accessing the core features of the App.
Human Verification is designed to help determine that a real person is completing the verification process and to reduce fake or automated accounts.
Human Verification is not government-issued identity verification, a background check, or a guarantee of any user's identity, intentions, conduct or safety.
Users remain responsible for exercising appropriate caution when communicating with or meeting other users.
You agree not to:
Messages exchanged through Xoner may be stored to provide conversation history, operate the service, support safety functions and comply with legal requirements.
Message content may be accessed where reasonably necessary to investigate a report, suspected misuse, safety concern, violation of these Terms or legal requirement.
Xoner does not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, statements or behaviour of another user.
Human Verification is intended to reduce fake and automated accounts, but it does not replace your own judgment or safety precautions.
Always use appropriate caution when communicating with others, especially when deciding to meet someone in person.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users, including offline meetings. Never send money or share sensitive financial information with someone you meet through Xoner.
If you experience unsafe, abusive, fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour, you should use Xoner's blocking and reporting tools. If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Xoner does not currently offer paid features or subscriptions. If paid functionality is introduced in the future, applicable pricing and terms will be disclosed before any purchase is made.
Your use of Xoner is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Xoner's name, logos, branding, graphics, software, interface, website content and other proprietary elements are owned by or licensed to Xoner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit Xoner's proprietary materials except where expressly permitted.
Xoner may restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, misused the App, created a safety risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or otherwise threatened the integrity of the service.
You may stop using Xoner at any time and may use the account deletion feature available within the App.
Xoner is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that Xoner will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every user's individual expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xoner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages arising from your use of the App, interactions with other users, or reliance on information provided by other users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory rights or protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence remain unaffected where they cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Xoner, our practices or applicable legal requirements.
Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the App or another reasonable method.
